My passion is to invest into you and your community.

I have found myself doing this in every aspect and season of my life; whether as a pastor, church planter, or business owner, my desire has always been to invest in leaders and disciples to make and multiply disciples of Jesus.

Over the years, I have developed tools and processes to help leaders develop what I understand as “discipling cultures” in their organizations. Through Michael James Breen Consulting, my team and I support individual leaders and organizations to create a discipling culture where they lead. We do this by creating custom consulting journeys, coaching huddles, and designing uniquely engaging speaking events. 

I offer coaching for leaders and disciples, consulting for churches and organizations, and speaking for your events or conferences. I’ve written numerous books and developed courses about discipleship, leadership, theology, and what makes missional movements happen.
